Payment policy

Pay on the checkout page with the methods the shop has enabled. The order is released to production after the payment succeeds.

Card details are handled by the checkout, not stored on the product page. A failed or reversed payment holds the job until the payment is completed.

The amount charged is the print total for the options in your cart, plus shipping and any tax the checkout calculates. Coupon codes, when offered, are entered on the cart or checkout page.

If we cannot print the job as ordered, we refund the print charge for that line. Shipping already paid to a carrier is refunded when the shipment has not gone out.
