Shipping and returns

Production time is how long the piece takes to print. It does not include the carrier transit time. The checkout page shows the shipping methods available for your address.

Printed pieces are made to order. We reprint or refund if the job arrives damaged, or if the print does not match the file or design you submitted. Write within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the piece and the packing.

Blank supplies from the shop, still unused and in the original pack, can be returned within 14 days. Custom labels, cards, banners, signs, and anything printed with your artwork are not returned for a change of mind.

If a carrier marks a shipment delivered and you do not have it, contact us from the order in your account and we will trace it.
